This project is a remodel for a rental property in
Bellefonte. The duplex was gutted,
including plaster removal. The unit
received all new plumbing, wiring, drywall trim, refinished the original pine
plank floors, all new windows, and much more. Completely gutted. Installed new windows and
insulation. Can you even tell how beautiful the floors could be?
Installing a new panel box, getting ready for all
new wiring.
This is the same room as above, with refinished
floors, a new kitchen, and everything else.
We kept as many of the original solid wood doors as
possible. We can take the doors to the
heated shop and re-tool them there.
