I have lived in the State College Area for almost 40 years. I have over 20 years of experience building and remodeling on a variety of projects. From remodeling Victorian houses in Bellefonte, to constructing log homes from scratch (not kit-homes), to building additions on large homes, I have experience in many facets of construction. If you are interested in an addition in State College, I am familiar with the local building codes, can arrange required inspections, and guide you through the process. I like my clients to know what to expect including costs, timeline, and code requirements.
